Returns

Each Warmly Kept item is personalized and made on demand, so we usually cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind once production has started.

Personalization details
Please check your photo, spelling, names, dates, size, color, and delivery address carefully before checkout. We cannot replace an item because of customer upload issues, spelling mistakes, or incorrect choices entered at checkout.

Production issues
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from the approved design, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and help arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Because orders are sent to production quickly, changes cannot be guaranteed.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
